Development Program

Rooted in a commitment to excellence and growth, our program is a beacon for aspiring athletes seeking to hone their skills, forge lasting friendships, and cultivate invaluable life lessons through the game of basketball.

At Indiana Sirens, we believe in the transformative power of sport. We provide a supportive and nurturing environment where girls of all skill levels can thrive, guided by expert coaches dedicated to their development both on and off the court.

"Join Indiana Sirens Basketball and embark on a journey of growth, camaraderie, and competitive excellence. Together, we'll elevate girls' basketball in West Central Indiana, one game at a time."

Our Goal

Indiana Sirens Basketball was founded with a clear mission: to provide a supportive and competitive environment where girls can flourish both on and off the court. We aim to empower our players to reach their full potential as athletes, leaders, and individuals.

Our Approach

Our program is built on a foundation of excellence, integrity, and inclusivity. We believe in the power of sport to transform lives, and we strive to create opportunities for every girl who shares our passion for basketball. Through expert coaching, training, and tournaments, we support player growth.

Developmental Focus

We prioritize player development above all else. Whether a beginner or a seasoned athlete, every member of our program receives individual attention aimed at maximizing potential. Through drills, scrimmages, and tournament play, we build tech-tactical intelligence.

Community & Values

Indiana Sirens is more than a sports program; it's a family. We foster camaraderie, respect, and mutual support. Our coaches serve as mentors, instilling values of discipline, dedication, and resilience that extend beyond the court.

Competitive Excellence

As a premier AAU travel program, we commit to competing at high levels. Teams participate in top tournaments, providing players with valuable exposure and opportunities to grow under pressure.

From the Director

In today's travel basketball environment there are many club options that offer a variety of different "perks." No club is a one-size-fits-all, as each player's goals and values are different.

The Indiana Sirens work to create an environment that is developmentally focused on the player — whether they have an advanced skill set or are just getting into competitive travel basketball.

"

The Sirens is not a business. We are a non-profit club with coaches and staff that have a genuine interest in seeing your daughter succeed on and off the court.

As players develop individually, their respective teams improve — and those teams see more competitive games. As a club, we practice and play more than other clubs, which is done strategically to provide ample opportunities for Sirens players.

Whether you are actively playing for us, have played for us, or are interested in playing for us — we want to see you succeed.

We'll see you in a gym soon!

Trevor "Coach T" Soots

Director, Indiana Sirens Basketball

Every year we have players doing multiple sports, especially for their schools. We encourage multi-sport athletes — it makes them better overall and prevents basketball burnout. Our schedules typically work out with minimal conflicts, and school sporting events always take precedence over Sirens events.

The bigger challenge is when a player is juggling multiple travel sports simultaneously. Those situations can create more schedule conflicts, and we ask those families to communicate openly with our coaches so everyone is on the same page.

We don't expect families to rearrange their personal lives around Sirens. There is a level of commitment expected, but we know there's life outside of basketball.

We just ask that players and families communicate with our coaches ahead of time so everyone stays informed and we can plan accordingly.

Cost varies season to season based on the number of events and travel involved. Please reach out to us directly and we'll walk you through the current season's details.

Yes — during our main travel season we offer fundraising opportunities to help offset costs for players, as well as a payment plan option for families who need flexibility.
